We had a situation with our oil burner leaking scalding hot water. We just moved in and had no contract with any company for maintenance. We called East Coast and they came out a few hours later, the tech Andy was in and out in about an hour. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. The cost was so reasonable that it shocked me! I was expecting a much larger bill. Andy was friendly, professional, and even gave us some helpful information that we didn’t even know we needed. We will be using East Coast from now on!

We had a Trane forced hot air furnace installed in September, the guys showed up at 8:30 and everyone was very neat and respectful of our property. They finished the installation around mid afternoon and we are very satisfied with the level of knowledge that the technicians had they were able to answer all our questions and concerns. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a new furnace the Trane is so very very quiet and the technician tuned it to perfection. Oh and the staff at the east coast office is also very friendly and helpful they deserve a five star rating.

In December 2023 my boiler quit suddenly, and in the middle of a cold snap. I placed a call to East Coast and received immediate assistance. In under a week they ordered, obtained and installed a brand new tankless boiler. The installation crew was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. East Coast is a first rate contractor.

I used this Company to replace my gas furnace and A/C unit. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received! From day one The sales rep Dave laid out his proposal advising us what was the best route to proceed with our upgrade. The actual installation took last than a day and a half, Nothing but respect for the two technicians who did the installation.

I’ve contacted East coast mechanical for estimates for two separate new equipment installations, and both times they did excellent work and gave a honest, fair estimate – no surprises when I got the bill and that’s rare! Dave, their sales guy is fantastic, so knowledgeable, and patient, willing to answer all questions. Trevor on the installation was great, he called me ahead of time to let me know he was coming and the job was clean.. I wish I could remember the other installers because they’ve all been terrific. Would absolutely recommend, and will use them again!

When my service man I had been using for over 25 years retired we had difficulty finding someone good and dependable at a reasonable cost to replace him. After a couple tries with others we ended up at East Coast and are very happy we did. They are professional, prompt and cost is reasonable. I like that we always have the same tech who is now familiar with our boiler and heat pump and keeps them in top shape. Calls always get answered as do any questions I ask, scheduling is a breeze. Out of hours and return calls are also handled promptly. If you are in need of any service don’t hesitate to contact them.

I also loved that this company had the most inquire way to install the equipment so it’s less invasive to the structure of our home. The techs that’s came out were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and efficient. I am happy with the company and their product.

We had an after hours emergency call for repair of our AC unit. Tyler arrived in the time he promised and did what he could to trouble shoot. Unfortunately, the part we needed was not available. The next day we received a call with an update and got the part on order. East Coast Mechanical installed our AC unit 10+ years ago and have done the yearly maintenance each year at a reasonable cost. The few times we had to call them, they were quick to respond and are always polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to install new, handle preventive maintenance, or if their heating/cooling units need repair.

He changed our boiler and multiple other things explained everything in a very knowledgeable manner finished the job same day and came in next day due to other issue without even charging us.
